Platysmal Bands / Neck Lines

Platysmal bands are the vertical rope-like cords that become increasingly visible on the neck with age, caused by the platysma muscle losing tone and separating into distinct bands. Horizontal neck lines — or "necklace lines" — also develop from repeated skin folding and natural ageing. Our treatment addresses both concerns using precisely placed anti-wrinkle injections along the platysmal bands and across horizontal creases. This softens the bands, smooths the neck surface and restores a more youthful, elegant neckline.
